Delivery times are approximate only and will depend on at what time the order arrives with us, the stock availability and any difficulties that the carrying company may have in actually making the delivery. Sending by overnight carrier does not imply same day despatch. We regret that we cannot be held responsible if they are unable to find you from the address you give, for your not being there to receive the consignment or for any operational difficulties they may have resulting in an unforseen delay.

Please make sure that the delivery address that you give has the best possible chance of a successful delivery. If you subsequently request that an undelivered parcel be redirected to another address or the parcel cannot be delivered because there is nobody to accept it - we may have to charge another carriage charge.
