Delivery charges explained
Once you press the 'checkout' button, you will be given the opportunity to choose your country of residence and the appropriate carriage charge will be added automatically. Please note that carriage may seem different as it will appear separated from its VAT.

These delivery times are a guide only and will depend on at what time the order arrives with us, the stock availability and any difficulties that the carrying company may have in actually making the delivery. Sending by overnight carrier does not imply same day despatch. We regret that we cannot be held responsible if they are unable to find you from the address you give, for your not being there to receive the consignment or for any operational difficulties they may have resulting in an unforseen delay.
Please make sure that the delivery address that you give has the best possible chance of a successful delivery. If you subsequently request that an undelivered parcel be redirected to another address or the parcel cannot be delivered because there is nobody to accept it - we may have to charge another carriage charge.
Europe and the rest of the world
All deliveries outside the UK are done by a door to door courier service taking between 1 and 4 days depending on the destination. Countries are grouped into bands with certain EU countries being the cheapest and certain Far East and Gulf states being the most expensive. Within these bands, the cost is calculated on the Kg weight starting at 1Kg up to a maximum of 50Kg.
